We use Premium Express Shipping (FedEx / UPS) for all orders. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number to follow your package every step of the way.

We work fast! Since we are the manufacturer, most personalized items are embroidered and ready to ship within 1-3 business days. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your due date or event to be safe.

Absolutely. You can customize the baby's name, choose your favorite embroidery font, and select the thread color directly on the product page to create a truly unique keepsake.

To protect the delicate embroidery and organic fabric, please wash inside out on a gentle cycle at 30°C (86°F). Use mild, baby-safe detergent and air dry or tumble dry on low heat.

Our 'Newborn' size (0–3 months) is perfect for the hospital and coming home. If you want the baby to wear it for a few months longer, we recommend the 0–6 months size.

Due to their custom nature, personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error. Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

Never. We know many of our orders are gifts. We never include price tags or invoices inside the package. It arrives beautifully packed and ready to gift.
