1. Personalized Items (Important)

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for personalized items (items embroidered with a name) unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. Please double-check your spelling and size selection before placing your order.

2. Damages and Issues

We stand behind the quality of our Turkish craftsmanship. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@rosalliebaby.com with photos. We will evaluate the issue and send a free replacement immediately.

3. Cancellations

We start processing your custom order very quickly. You may request a cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order. After 6 hours, your item may already be in production (embroidery process), and we cannot guarantee cancellation.

4. Non-Personalized Returns

For non-personalized items (if applicable), we have a 14-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
